The Farm of the Future Women’s Day will focus on soil health, regenerative farming and well-being.
The event will be held at FarmED - a regenerative mixed farm run by a female led workforce. Throughout the day there will be a focus on regenerative farming practices, farming with nature and self-care.
Itinerary:
- Farm walk and demo of regenerative practice
- Seasonal lunch
- Guest speaker - Abi Reader, dairy farmer and NFU Cymru deputy president
- Workshop - finding your voice during meetings
School-age children are invited to a farm school session which will run alongside the main event and an inclusive lunch for all.
