The SmartAgriHubs project is launching its first Open Call today. The Respond Open Call is open between the 12th of May and the 3rd of June 2020.

In the light of the current COVID-19 crisis, it is essential to further stimulate the development of digital innovations which can tackle the challenges currently faced by the Agrifood sector. Considering this, SmartAgriHubs has investigated the possibilities for funding research that helps our sector in these trying times. Can digital innovation help mitigate the consequences of COVID-19? SmartAgriHubs respond open call focuses on the organisation and realisation of hackathon type of activities and the proposal of immediate technological solutions that will respond to the effects of the COVID-19 crisis, and use potential opportunities to fight against the pandemic.
